JVN Riverdale
Set in the banks of the magnificient and mighty Muvattupuzha river and locted by the side of the Upcoming Murikkal bye pass road. This project was envisioned in two phases and the first phase consisiting of 7 aesthetically designed and well crafted villas has been completed and occupied. All the houses are on stilts to save the occupiers from the occasional fury of the river.
The second phase consisting of a commercial cum residential tower is in the design stage.
JVN Homes
This project is located at Ganapathy kadavu road, Mekadampu, Muvattupuzha. It consists of Eleven identical 4 BHK double storied villas. The beautifully constructed and well maintained houses sport our traditional and vaastu compliant designs. All the houses have been sold and are occupied.
